I thought that at first, but judging by the arms around her, I think those are her own hands. Also, the huntsdude’s left arm seems a bit more hairy than his right, but I think that is her hair falling over his shoulder and hanging behind his arm.
Yeah, those must be her own hands. So apparently she’s kind of melting/merging into herself. In another minute the guy will find that he’s trying to cop a feel off of an undifferentiated blob of protoplasm.

Actually it’s both. Her left hand is on her left boob while his right hand is on her right boob. But it is his hand that melting in her boob.
Her right hand and his left are lower down on her body.
Most script fonts are designed to be used cap and lowercase only, never in all-caps mode.
