That looks like what I do when I’m making fun of the RanDOm caPitaliZATion in a fantasy novel. The difference is that I do it in my blog where, whether you find the joke funny or not, there’s at least some context to tell you that it is a joke. I’m honestly not sure what Misters Rankin and Alexander are trying to do with them here.
I thought that was a battery, and that the text was Klingon.
