So, it IS a dude? Getting, what, forcibly turned into a woman in the basement? I sought out the description, but I can’t quite tell what the hell is going on.
A woman with a pencil moustache. Or a man with boobs? The artist just could not decide. Or had a good face drawn of a man, then the author decided it was to be a woman, but the man’s face stayed. Or maybe that is the “horror” of it all — a part man/part woman character, getting an injection to complete the transformation into a freak without nipples.

style/anatomy wise it doesn’t seem too awful? Though those walls are weirding me out, I think they were going for a wall corner but it looks more like the backside of an open book.
