Uganda’s in Africa, most of Africa is tropical. Palm trees grow in the tropics. Therefore a palm tree is African. Q.E.D.

Having never been to Uganda (the closest I’ve gotten being Egypt), i wasn’t certain, but the logic seemed dumb enough.
