Accordibg to the blurb it’s about an American in the war in Thailand, 1974-1975. The out of focus Ranger shoulder patch was supposed to be a clue. Or not.
You are right that the cover is another misuse of Papyrus.
Oh, I read the blurb, and I think the whole thing is silly with the Buddha, a source of peace, on the cover. So I felt right making that comment.
