The picture (which looks like it was photographed with an anamorphic lens) is pretty good, even if its relevance isn’t clear. And the title probably should have been put above or below the barbed wire.
Ha, I’m stupid; I didn’t see the “aspect ratio” tag, which explains the “anamorphic” effect.

Where’s the dragon? Oh, I get it – it’s somewhere beyond that barbed wire, but we’re not allowed to see it. That MUST be the reason!

Silly humans. Apparently you’ve never heard of the incredibly rare Barbed Wire Dragon. I am in awe that the author was able to capture an image of critter.
