She’s a shark-woman, and those slashes on her neck are gills. I’m guessing. I was just fascinated with the water-hair.
The sad thing is I can see a real version of this in my head, and it’s fabulously creepy. This is just creepy.

It looks like a shit 80s cartoon film called Ferngully. I’m seeing an 80s film vibe to your blog today.
It would be cool to see what one of the top designers could do from this sketch. (Just imagine a “Don’t you wish your cover looked like this?” website.)
I think the best way to improve this is with the use of a flamethrower.
