At least the cover is apropos to the subject. But “recipe book”? My first thought was, “What kind of meals are you planning on making with a wind turbine?” But if it’s a “how to” book, then recipe doesn’t belong in the title.
It’s probably a book full of formulas for optimizing local average wind speeds, power output, size, and placement of turbines. I suppose you could think of that stuff as creating a recipe. But it comes across as being too cutesy for a technical book. Maybe the author is trying to lighten it up somehow?

Wake me when it’s over…
A Wind Turbine Recipe Book. Sounds tasty.
