Fire in my Ears is the best title ever! I was laughing at this one before I even saw the cover. Catachresis FTW! I only hope this is part of a series — Aether up my Nose, Dust on my Teeth, Water near my Elbow etc etc.
Meanwhile, the fire has evidently reached the brain, and also melted the camera.
It hurts my eyes.
I’ll second that. Blurry = bad.
It’s like trying to look at a picture without my glasses or contacts. I hate that.
Blurry fail.
And what this blurry pic has to do with fire in ears (WTF?) I’ll never guess from this lame-ass cover.
I’ts, erm, nice she told us it’s a novel. I suppose.
Maybe it’s supposed to be “Fire Between My Ears” That would account for the fever and loss of vision.
Fire In My Ears . . . Mud In My Eyes??
Cataracts, possibly.
