Okay, for a moment I thought the title was “Psycho Moon” and was about Sailor Moon ending up in a mental institution with a wolf.
At least it’d be an improvement.

I saw the wolf’s mouth as her mouth. Freaky.
I’m guessing that was the very, very, bad idea, poorly executed – which is what SHOULD have been done to this concept!
At first glance I thought that thing on her face was some kinda ugly vagina inspired cave. Once informed that it’s Wolfie, I totally freaked out. No wonder why he’s screaming. He wants off this cover!

I kinda like the title font, but the color and grunge texture do nothing.
