Fish men spewing forth from a storm drain has more of Dagon fetor about it, but I believe Dagon answers to Cthulhu. (BTW this cover gave me a Shadow Over Innsmouth meets Pickman’s Model vibe.)
While we’re demeaning the Lovecraftian heritage, Dagon’s Minions and the Ten Tickles of Cthulhu would make a great alternate erotica title.

Good color contrast, but mellow yellow isn’t usually associated with horror… unless you have a fear of pee or lemon loaf.
