I’m trying to imagine if this would’ve been better if instead of three different paintings/drawings, this was made out of three different photos. No, still lousy.

Two pet peeves:
_ title and author disappear at thumbnail and typical web ad sizes
_ background is different style (painting or altered photo) from cartoon ship & people.

The artwork, of course, is weak and cartoonish but putting the title/author in that tiny gray box is unforgivable.

And that’s no photo, I can see the digital brushstrokes. Photoshop isn’t that good at imitating them.
