I initially thought this was a flaming birthday cupcake… with a joint instead of a candle.

Also, unreadable pseudo-Gothic font.

The thing that’s burning looks a bit like a fircone, but can anyone tell me what it actually is? A paper flower perhaps? I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like that before.
