Don’t blame the 286 processor. I have seen better art that this done with 286. Pop art/comic book Roy Lichtenstein stuff could be done within the limits of a 286 driving VGA or SVGA.

Nicely rendered boobs on the black figure in the middle.
Nothing on this cover is even decent enough to qualify as ‘lousy’.
Why does that scuba suit come with huge tits attached to it? And that’s not even the weirdest question I could ask…
So…. are they —
(a) blowing air up their own butts?
(b) inhaling their own farts?
