Is the castle supposed to be shimmering, like an arriving Tardis? I keep waiting for the “whoop, whoop” sound (that River Song asserts is the improperly-left-on parking brake, if memory serves) that should accompany the good Doctor and his Companion du’Jour. Perhaps that is it–rented robe lady is the next Companion; The Doctor has finally repaired the Tardis and it’s taking the appearance of a castle. But being the Tardis, it thought he said “Sand Castle.”
