This might’ve been ok as self-published work back in the 1980’s, but aren’t we in the 21st Century?

On another cover, I would think subtitle “a science fiction historical novel” mildly clever and amusing, here – not so much.
I am only willing to consider “a Science Fiction Historical Novel” on the cover of a Dr. Who book. Anything else is sacrilege! Sacrilege, I tell you!
