I read it as The Post Brew at first and was even more lost. Not that the combination of pictures and the actual name really enlightened me much. Are those people the crew? A Roman, a woman on a rocker and a child-gymnast with a shrunken arm?

Beats me what any of it means. The mental patient
dressed in white on the rocking chair is a sweet touch
though.
I can’t read the title, the splotchy cartoons are horrible, and there is no intelligent composition. What the…?????
