Vertical title: bad, with script font hard to read. No tagline or indication of genre or target readership.
At least the artwork colors are vivid and well coordinated. And the art itself is far, far better than some horrible amateur artwork LBC attempts I’ve seen. The magic marker mottling can be smoothed out with PhotoShop. This could work if tweaked a bit.

I don’t think the character design is completely dire either, compared to others, kind of anime-ish maybe? The markers and the drawing being cut off from the waist make it look like a colouring-in book template though.
