Is that the portal to Pseudo-World? She needs to get back, for when a pseudo human is away too long they begin to cramp up, fingers splayed, legs stiffened, and apparently go blind because she is not looking at the portal as it opens.
Notice that beam going down on the right- NOTICE IT. Why? I have no clue, but it must be darn important since it can’t be obscured by text, but the byline has to be stacked awkwardly away from all that empty-looking space.
