Last I checked, those works have been in the public domain for almost two millennia now. Somehow, I doubt this author will be receiving any “cease and desist” letters in the mail from Senator Theophilus or his lawyers.
Incidentally, if you follow the link, it looks like somebody caught and corrected that typo: “Hooray” has now picked up that second “o” that somehow got dropped along the way.
Not only did “The Erect Oak” show up in five popular list today (and fall off), but “Briana Lee Erotica Collection” has popped back up and moved to #4 (the widely used cover art of embracing couple in dismal swamp — Smashwords link is dead, but Kindle edition is on Amazon).
I am beginning to suspect that there is a club of classic lousy book cover enthusiasts who don’t care for the spanking new but go for the vintage oldies. Ah, 2013, that was a good year.
And I guess if you are Jesus you can have as many horizons as you want.

Is it just me or is the foreground image with the rainbow and clouds (obviously a different art style) look like it’s covering up something in the other lens flare image?
Wondering if this needs an “image ratio gone wrong” – and a link to the Seventh Commandment, if that’s the case.

Talk about a title that gives away the ending. I don’t need to read it now.
Mwahahahahahaha.
Wait…talk about copyright violations! Isn’t that the same plotline as some other famous book?
I don’t think the authors of The Erect Oak are going to sue. It’s fine.
I think Hitch is thinking of the tetralogy by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, but I admit I am not always correct.

I just noticed that The Erect Oak has fallen out of the Top Five. That thing has more staying power than the Dark Side of the Moon.
The Erect Oak is back up there. That Dance MOM nightmare will always be popular.
But I’ll always have a big soft spot for Buck & Billy Tales of the Weredeer. That has to be the most WTF this site has ever seen.

And it’s back at #1 today. My faith is restored.
This happy, happy cover just gives me such a warm, fuzzy feeling. Looking at it is even better than binging on Milky Ways.
