Dear God, there are FIVE of these!
The… entity on the right looks like a refugee from Yellow Submarine.
I once considered an idea for a children’s picture book in which a kid tries to find out why one of his socks sometimes goes missing in the laundry. (He finds all the lost socks enjoying themselves at a sock hop, of course.) I got sidetracked with other projects before I could pull the whole story together.
But I’m sure that, no matter how entertaining I might make it, it would never warrant FIVE BOOKS. Seriously, it’s just ONE JOKE.
