Oh, come on. Those are easy. Male/Male with a Happily Ever After.
You’ve put some erotic novels on here with such an alphabet soup mess in their titles that there’s no way I could figure out what they mean without Google…and there’s no way that I’m going to Google those, because I’m too lazy to go to incognito mode, and I don’t want those in my search history!

Eh, at least the author’s using familiar old codes, as Zsuzsa here notes. I note that the word “clean” on these my-erotica-is-totally-not-porn covers doesn’t really have any universally agreed-upon meaning, however. Someone could put an erotic novel full of filthy language and explicit scenes called Drinky & Stinky’s Coprophagic Adult Baby Diaper Playtime up for sale and add A Clean MM CABDP Romance in as a subtitle, and totally not get taken down for false advertising for claiming there was anything “clean” about some dude eating his breakfast out of another dude’s (heavily) used diaper.

I have never and will never be interested in romance, and yet still I know what HEA and HFN mean.
