Absquatulant
“one who has left aburptly”?
New word for today?
I imagine it’s when they burp as they are leaving.
In my culture, it’s considered a compliment to leave aburptly!
LOL! I lived with a family from Bangladesh for a year. You haven’t lived until you’ve heard a 60-year-old Nanni (Grandma) eructate while eating singara & dal. Echoed off the walls. 😀 Sweet lady, I miss ’em all.
I had to fake my burps to be polite; my digestive system is apparently much more efficient, and burps almost never happen.
The crows speak human to the one human who can understand crow? Isn’t that rather redundant? I thought the point of learning a new language was to speak to people who don’t speak yours.
And Absquatulant sounds like an adjective to describe severe pain preceding explosive diarrhoea.
