I guess it’s not precisely “on the nose,” given that cities don’t have noses, but I love how we had to put the byline right on top of the most interesting part of the photo rather than in the giant empty blue space below, where people would actually be able to read it.
Which end? he asks. I think that I’m seeing a beach there behind the byline. So do I assume the ocean end?
And what’s the subject matter? A scientific treatise on riverine ecology perhaps?
