I suspect this is a subseries thing: this is the twelfth book of the “Fated Mates” series but only the third dealing with “Veles Dragons.”

I’m thinking that we should get Smaug, or perhaps Ancalagon the Black, out of the works of Tolkien. Either of them would put an end to this whole, “Dragons just want sexy times” trend pretty quickly.

Veles Dragons 3 seems a lot like Les Trois Mousquetaires, but maybe “hotter.”
