Let’s nuke this from orbit and try a different direction.
To the contrary, self-publishing has been a great net positive for our civilization: it gives all our civilization’s delusional self-important misfits a place to blow off some steam at no cost to themselves or to any of the rest of us.
Also, unlike the stone tablets and parchment and papyrus that outlasted previous civilizations by millennia, no electronic publications are going to outlive our modern civilizations by so much as a century unless someone makes a paper hard copy of them in a conscious effort to preserve them; which no one is at all likely to do for any of this kind of rubbish, except maybe for laughs on rare occasions.
Heck, just look at how many of the sales pages for books with covers published on this site are already gone: you can’t get Buck & Billy: Tales of the Weredeer anywhere anymore, nor the
EnglishNorwegian book Medics fags and five minutes of laughter, nor Banged In A Lesbian Bar Where All Dykes Hung Out: 55 XXX Rated Wild Sex Erotic Stories (Unpleasant sex, Humiliation sex, Bimbo sex), to name just three. To make matters worse, I bet you’re not done posting this guy’s books here, are you?
