I am almost willing to bet that if you took the green filter and heavy blue off that picture you would be left with an egg from one of the ‘Alien’ moves with the little critter’s head just poking out.
I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure it’s just a guy wearing a hoodie that’s about two sizes too big for him.
I agree with Zsuzsa, just a plain old photo of “some guy” with all that’s good filtered out of it.
