So “the way” is to get sued into oblivion?

You do have to give certain props to anyone with the balls to take on the Disney lawyers. That’s brave. Suicidally stupid, but brave.

I beat the mouse lawyers once, but that was a fluke and I don’t want to face them again.
because someone’s going to ask:
I displayed, on my web page, an image of Tinkerbell, that I had drawn from a Disney: “can you draw this website.” I wasn’t asking for money, and I made a tasteful and appropriate joke around her. I also acknowledged the source. I got slammed because someone decided that I wasn’t busy enough.
‘but I won in the end, and even got some money from the Corporation ($100, whoo ?)

What do you mean he copied from the Mandalorian? This guy has Yoda ears, so he’s clearly not the same. He also has the claws of Tic-Tock the Croc, so it’s okay. Everyone knows if you blend 3 or more Disney IPs, it confuses the Mouse lawyers and lets you get away with it. This is the Way to fame and fortune!
