would “grunge overlay gone wrong” be a possibility?
Man. You’d have to search hard to find a grunge texture that poor.
Nothing like a Lint blizzard to obscure your crime. No one will find the corpse buried under a pile of dust motes.
If it weren’t for the obvious little hairs on the scanner, I might buy that this was some kind of “grunge” filter… although that still wouldn’t work particularly well with the image.
