I once saw an artist talk on using references and while I am no artist in the drawing things sense, I tried their exercise–draw a horse from memory, your mind’s eye, then draw it again from references and observe the difference. My “mind horse” was significantly worse than the one I drew using references.
This guy used Poser or Blendr and gave us his “mind woman” when he really, really should have used references.
Looks like he’s just posing dolls now… which, y’know, actually is kinda an improvement.
ugh that fabric on the left (pseudohuman’s left, our right) shoulder not doing what fabric does is annoying. It draws the eye in a bad way.
