I thought much the same, was going to say that he definitely looks like someone having a medical crisis and not at all an actor in a CPR training video.

Where the hell does “christian mystery romance” fit into this picture?
“Forewarned” is four forearmed.

This cover made me laugh a little so I hope that the book is a comedy.
