This is supposed to be an edition of Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad, and something inside me just died.
This deserves comments so it can be in the running for the Lousies, but I just don’t know what to say.
Site ads have become obtrusive. Inserted before each editorial comment below the covers. Pop-up page when I click to open a page. (Not as bad as before though.) I’d pay a couple bucks a month here for no ads.

I wonder where the missing “of” went? It seems to have run off the cover, probably toting “Conrad” along with it…
Hell, maybe the author is a Parselmouth. He’s typing it as he says it:
“heart of darknessssssssssssssss…”
I’d say that this falls in the category of “overly literal covers.” It’s called Heart of Darkness, there’s a heart on the cover, what more could you want?
