I’m guessing that James Mount is a Shar Pei who sits like a man and cosplays as a bobby.

Or perhaps it’s just a strange retelling of “Three Men In A Boat (To Say Nothing Of The Dog)”

I don’t think was scanned; I think someone just took a photo of it with their phone or something.
