Holy….cow? I mean…what sort of puerile humor is that? this book says it’s for 10-18 y.o.’s; in my experience, that’s a pretty vast gulf (10-18). 10 y.o.’s are decidedly not the same as 18-y.o.’s. I don’t see that work being suitable for an 18-y.o., fo’ sho’, but then again, I don’t see it being suitable for a 10-y.o., either. (Footnotes??? In like, every damn paragraph?) Fart and poop cartoons?
Bizarre. That’s my take, utterly bizarre and the author should do a better job targeting his age demographic and writing TO it, rather than AT it.
