Who is the target audience for this mess? Gossiping, sarcastic caregivers who have no respect for the invalid elderly? That seems a rather specific niche.
Note to would-be hand models–there’s a reason that stores sell cuticle oil and creams, folks. (A long, long time ago and far far away, I used to do hand-modeling gigs. Suffice to say, those of doing that were obsessive about nice cuticles and the like. This model is not a hand-model professionally.)
