Probably should rename it “Acid Rain,” as it apparently has washed their bodies (and parts of their heads) away.

Not that I’m a fan of floating heads, but they could have had the people at the top against one background and blended it into the image below, with the title right below them.

That’s just what happens when you scrub too hard.
