I think this could be made into something that works. It doesn’t quite look finished and the floating chain/manacle thing under the writing doesn’t work. Adjust the image so it’s not so dingy, get rid of the border around the edge, and move the title text down and enlarge it so it’s covering the empty part of the image, so the focus is on the three figures at the top and the sword in a hoodie at the bottom.
The art’s not bad, I think. Just needs a bit of polish.

Nice enough font, pity about the bad kerning on the initials.
Every time I look at this my eye goes straight to those loop-the-loop leg irons, and it looks like one of those “Kilroy Was Here” cartoons.
