Crayons. Pastels can be smudged to blend colors and smooth out lines. And they don’t leave quite the ragged edges crayons do.
I’m going with pastels, an “artist” who has no idea how to use them.
Yes that could be too. Using pastels as if they were crayons.
I really think they were from a clueless pastels user, too.
Love the tiny ‘g’. And when I say ‘love’, I mean WTF?
I vote for crayons.
That white thing at the top of the steps is obviously a crayon.
I vote for colored pencils.
