  • Does he have another one on the other side, like a duck? And if so, shouldn’t it be called Mind’s Eyes?

  • So, is the blue guy above the words the NY Times bestseller or is it the feeble shocking green name at the bottom?

    Methinks a real former bestseller would have an agent who would smother this cover travesty in its infancy.

  • If you click through the link, it appears the cover’s already been updated (well). Richard’s novel “Wired” did ridiculously well for, like, a year. Maybe he already used those royalties to hire a better designer.

  • All of his books are apparently self-published as by “Paragon Press.” His recent “Prometheus” series uses stock art by Alan Gutierrez, which is good, but, like too many other self-publishing authors, he cannot leave a good painting alone and clutters up the cover of “Prometheus Project, Book I” with extraneous figures.
