Looks like they grafted the head from a painting of Richard III (or some other male portrait from the 15th century) onto a Baroness (GI Joe villain) action figure. The mind boggles at thinking that someone looked at this and said “this looks good enough.”

What really irritates me about these Photoshop rapes is that nothing has a shadow. In this case, the aliens must have harvested it. But, I’m actually more bothered by the fact that the author’s name is in black than the gastliness of the overall image, it really, really bothers me for some reason. I’m weird, I know.

In my world, even a good cover can disguise a bad book. But if the cover is this horrifically done, I won’t even give it a chance. It’s obvious the author is clueless.
