How does his jacket swing one way, and his tie another?

Think I might be able to answer that, actually. Presuming that he is pulling a gun from a jacket pocket or shoulder holster on his left side, then turning rapidly to his right to aim, the clothing is going to fan out in a circular pattern. Think of it when viewed from above; much like if you let your arms hang loose and swing back and forth (something I did when I was very young). If you turned suddenly one way, the arms did not both swing in identical directions.
Does that make sense? I’m just spitballing here; to my eye his pose doesn’t look wrong.

Is that pink thing the CGI gal’s tail? Or a pink whip to go with the lighter shade of grey tie?

Why is that pistol so tiny? It is shorter than his forefinger.

Is our pink kitty-lady going to stick her tail into his ear?

Where is the rest of our hero’s body? That wall goes right up to his waist, so are his legs gone?

Specialist gunsmiths often make 2/3rd or 1/2 miniature guns as curios and to test their skill. Or a lousy book cover artist photoshopped with no sense of proportion.

Is Mark Aberdeen a pseudonym for Chuck Tingle?
Where is the rest of our hero’s body?
He is the 4D Man turned crimefighter and in response to the cat lady’s distress signal he materialized in the middle of the parapet.

I’m seriously afraid to ask what’s going on with her left leg. I’m not kidding.

I’d read that book.

It’s a story about a cop living in a comic book world of superheroes and supervillains, so it actually makes some sense to have the masked gal with the tail be computer-generated. It would be better if everything else on the cover were computer-generated too, though.
