Plot twist: the ‘romance’ part actually refers to the dogs.

Two police dogs fall in love on the job, then after they retire and are adopted by different people, need to make sure that their new owners are at least friends so that they can continue their relationship…

Hey, that plot worked for The Hundred and One Dalmatians, I could see it working for “Inspirational Christian Contemporary.”

PosRein: The couple looks like they were cut out from the same place, are actually interacting with each other, and even enjoy each other’s company.

After the number of covers I’ve seen here with “couples” created from totally unrelated stock photo models with “I’m so bored” expressions on their faces, I’m practically ready to buy the book based on that alone. My standards have gone way down since I’ve been coming here.

The man seems to have a strange glow on his hair. And the dogs look very big and dangerous. Not at all romantic. And why is the sun shining out of the long grass? And a different sun illuminates the dogs.
