I use that tag to label covers in which images are stuck on without relation to each other. This one is a little odd in that the borders between the images aren’t as clear as when I normally use that tag, but you can see that the girl and two guys are each a discrete photo with its own background.

I’m confused by the tag “bulletin board layout”. Does it refer to having all the text focused in one part of the cover?
