I suspect the “mismatched italics angles” are just down to “Troubled” being vertically stretched and “Skies” being squished. Why one would do that, heaven knows.
While the sky shown certainly isn’t clear, I’ve seen plenty more troubled.

At least they didn’t use the heart to make a cute apostrophe for “Skie’s”.
