A Dangerous Way

The time spent on the texture of the treetops alone makes me want to cry.

Leave off the pseudo-humans and fix the fonts and colors and, hey, this could be kinda intriguing. But those two figures!

Bwhahahahahahahahahahahaha!

I mean, lookit the dude’s pants! And is that Mini Zena wielding that staff?

::snickers::

And then there’s the magic mushroom in the lower right. If the author/designer was imbibing, it could explain a lot…

*Psshh* Everyone knows that it’s spelled “Xena,” and that it was her sidekick Gabrielle who used the fighting staff.

Um… [ahem, cough] not that I ever, you know, watched that show…

Ha, yeah about an hour after I posted that I got to thinking it was spelled with an X. Oops.

It’s a shame they appear so comical and the font spoils it. It’s a unique look, I’ll grant it that.

This is the kind of art you drew during class in junior high, when all you had was a black Bic pen and the back of an assignment and a massive amount of time.

Leave the characters out and cjange the fonts and it could be a potential book cover. The treetops would still look like steel wool and the bark like fur, but it’s kind of interesting. In a weird way…

I wonder if that guy is slowly being eaten alive by his clothes. Given that those are some wrinkly pants.
