Okay, so I don’t think this counts as ‘art for a refrigerator.’ It looks like an impressionist painting. The perspective and shading could use some help, I don’t think it’s awful.
The font is a bad choice. I used to love Papyrus. I remember when we first had a computer with that font…14 years ago. It was so cool at the time. Now it’s just stale. And not only that, it definitely doesn’t fit the genre, as Nathan pointed out.
What really gets me is the red. It’s too much. And the wavy red squiggly boxes at the top and bottom…No. Just no.

The way the photo is treated, I thought I was looking at something on the bottom of the ocean…
