Well, this isn’t ALL bad, but would’ve been better without the squished figure on the left there and all the squiggly stuff up top.
The graveyard and ritual stuff works in a video-game-ish way.
On the other hand, which is the title and which the author’s name. Remy? Hargrove? Yet by this point, there’s nothing but lost interest in trying to figure out this busy-ness. Move along.

That’s my thought too: “video game”.
Can you really call it a series with just ONE BOOK? When you write the second one, start calling it a series…not with the first one.
