Justice so cold that the blood has frozen into little puffballs on the judge’s gavel and two shadows are now stuck to the side of a skyscraper like a tongue stuck to a lamppost. That’s cold justice! (Just ignore the trees in full summer foliage)

The dingy brown building with the sad glowing eyes must be a metaphor for the doddering old judge who enjoys smashing jelly donuts, but does not appreciate young Mrs. Justice’s obviously transparent attempts to replace him with a shiny new, much larger model.
