That’s what I was thinking. Maybe he made it himself. I just now noticed that rearing stallion to the right. Looks like an ice sculpture you’d see at a western themed wedding. Is that his equally freaky bride on the left? Do we really care? Um……no.
>>So she’s behind his shoulder but in front of his hat brim?<<
Inspired by Escher, of course.

Wow, waaaaaaaaaaaaay too busy.
I’d keep it simple by picking one image or 2 at the very most; trying to do a collage of several images is super hard to keep cohesive (I’ve tried – meh). IMHO, I would go for the naked man/body thingie on Clint Black’s chest, blow it up a bit (or choose something similar with angel wings), keep the clouds, search for some different fonts that say fantasy a little better.
I also think the series title is way too small, but I guess the cover just didn’t have the room because of all the images crammed in.
Thank you for promoting my book on your site. Much appreciated.

“Temptation, redemption, and angelic intervention — Paludan has woven a unique last-chance love story about a life interrupted.” — Deborah Cloyed, author of The Summer We Came to Life
He wasn’t going fast enough.
Hey, cowboy dude, there’s a skinless corpse on your bolo tie. That’s SO not attractive.

And the Script is in front of his hat, so he’s gazing up at the writing.
Wow. He falls from the sky AND he fights crime?
