I think those WTH? badges and medallions are a sign that the everyone-gets-a-ribbon-because-no-winners-nor-losers kindergarten generation are entering authoring and publishing.

My my, Mr. Highlander, what a big face you have! Oh, and what happened to your sword? You can’t fight with just a stump, you know. Or is it now functioning as a convenient handle for your shield?
*No… don’t do it, you’re better than that, don’t do – *
Is that a sword in your hand or are you just pleased to see me?
*dammit, I thought I was better than that!*

The worst part about this cover is that it took the very nice cover painted by Aleta Rafton, a talented artist, for “Must Love Kilts” by Allie Mackay, published by Signet Eclipse, and overlaid a face and other items that clearly don’t fit. It’s not just bad, it’s basically criminal.
I think even the cover model looks annoyed at the Readers Favorite badge.
Is it me, or does it kinda look like the RF badge is tattooed on his arm?
Yeah, it does look like that.
How many people here think that the author pasted his face on that torso? C’mon, you KNOW you think it.
I think people actually look like that.
I admit that I could not type that with a straight face. But I could if a straight face was pasted onto my head.
Highlander? Now I understand why there can be only one. Makes sense, kind of makes me want to cut somebody’s head off.
Here we are, born to be Kings, we’re the douches of the univeeeeeeeeeeeeeerse…
Anyone else think that head is not proportional to the shoulders and body?
Shouldn’t that broadsword extend past the other side of the shield?
And since when did the Scots venture to the Red Sea?
One cover — many questions?
No, the head’s fine–it’s the face that’s disproportionate.
It looks like a woman’s face with a beard pasted on.
Maybe Highlanders are metrosexual now.
